The Raga Jazz Messengers represent a new approach to unifying the deep histories of American Jazz and Indian Classical Raga. Drawing on traditional as well as contemporary influences this group ventures past conventional improvisational methods to expand the context of group dialogue, while pushing the limits of artistic expression.
